The purpose of The City of Tonawanda (COT) Board of Visual & Performing Arts is to create cultural experience and opportunities in the City of Tonawanda by the promotion of visual and performing arts in a community setting…In general, the Board shall pursue the available sources, both locally and nationally, for cultural opportunities to be brought to the residents of the City of Tonawanda.
